Chldren's climbing park in Faistenau near Salzburg

Family forest climbing park near Salzburg

The forest climbing park in the neighbouring village in Faistenau close to the City of Salzburg is located in a piece of forest nestled between Hintersee and Fuschl Lake. The climbing park with around 50 stations leads climbing novices from one tree to the other at a relatively low height and is therefore a really great idea for a day out with children.

Discover the Tarzan in you! This great climbing park with its courses that are all set at about 80 - 120 cm above the ground inspires children and adults to overcome their fears and prove their skill. There are three different levels of difficulty and you are given plenty of time to complete the course at your own pace.

How to get to the climbing park

The park is just a stone's throw away from Ebner’s Waldhof in the neighbouring village of Faistenau. The quickest way to get there is by car which will take about 15 minutes. This means that a visit to the climbing park can be organised at short notice, or you can pop into the park on your way to or from other activities in the region.

Simply follow the road "Wolfgangsee Str./B158" to Hof and then turn left at the roundabout toward Faistenua.  When you arrive at the "Dorfstraße" in Faistenau turn into the "Stegleitenstraße" and follow the road past the football fields until you reach the car park.  From here it is just a three minute walk to the Forest Climbing Park.

The Ebner Family hopes that you have great fun in the Forest Climbing Park in Faistenau.
