Do you want to reduce stress very easily and relaxed?

The practice of Mindfulness is an open door to the fulness of being in the present moment.  My mision is to enable to experience this reality.

Our trainer Biel Cortadellas would like to invite you into a unique aquatic experience of pure relaxation, mindfulness and wellbeing.

You are slowly carried on a journey of gentle, rhythmical movements that calm your mind and free your body. 
You feel how the water caresses you, takes care of you and invites you to surrender to the ocean of sensations flooding in. 
Soon you feel how your whole 
being relaxes deeply, whilst enjoying a happy return home.

ATMA is a sanskrit word whos meaning refers to the origin of life or soul of all living beings.

When will be the Session?

Our Coach Biel Cortadellas will start with his ATMA Experience on 1st of May 2019. Further he will be at the Ebner's Waldhof am See each Wednesday and Saturday morning.
