Cycling around Lake Fuschl

Starting directly at Ebner's Waldhof the round the lake cycle tour demands quite a steep ascent at the start which takes you over the small "Perfalleck" pass. The tarmacked routes leads you through the lovely Tiefbrunnau valley, via Faistenau and a short stretch on the main road towards the historic mill the "Hundsmarkt". This is followed by a pleasant ascent of the "Thalgauberg". From here you have fantastic views over Lake Fuschl.

The Salzkammergut cycle track

This cycle track is considered one of the most sensational tracks in Europe. It takes you right through the spa region around the town of Bad Ischl the once summer residence of Emperor Franz Joseph. This is the long Salzkammergut Cycle track and includes many different options making branching off into side valleys and short round-trip detours is always possible. On this tarmacked route you can take in Fuschlam See's neighbouring lakes, the Emperors residence (Kaiservilla) in Bad Ischl and the World Heritage Site - Hallstadt.
